Guernica Editions is a leading Canadian publisher of translations, with a growing reputation in the international rights market. Our titles have been translated into, or are forthcoming in: French, Italian, German, Serbian, Spanish, Arabic, and other languages. Numerous Guernica titles have been optioned for film and/or TV series.

We regularly attend major international book fairs as well as select fairs across North America.

Submission Guidelines

Please note that the annual reading period for Guernica Editions and its MiroLand imprint runs from January 1 to March 31. Submissions are only accepted during this period and only as email attachments. Please note that submissions for the Guernica World Editions imprint (for non-Canadian authors) are open year round.
