Edmund P. Fowler
Edmund P. (Terry) Fowler is Professor Emeritus of political science at Glendon College, York University, in Toronto, Ontario. Between 1967 and 2002, when he retired, he created and taught courses in local government, voting behaviour, community power structure, history of science, and green philosophy. He created and ran the Glendon Municipal Intern Program, under which students worked for municipal councillors in the Toronto region. He lives in Toronto. Among his books is Urban Policy Issues: Canadian Perspectives (2002).
