Andrea Moorhead
Andrea Moorhead was born in 1947 in Buffalo, New York. She is editor of Osiris and author of several collections of poems, including From a Grove of Aspen (University of Salzburg Press), Le Vert est fragile and Présence de la terre (Écrits des Forges). She is a member of ALTA (American Literary Translators Association) and has published translations of contemporary francophone poetry in Canada and Germany. She teaches French at Deerfield Academy where she is Director of the Deerfield Academy Press. Her latest collection of poetry, Terres de mémoire was published in 2012 by Editions de l'Atlantique in France.
