Patrick Williamson
Patrick Williamson is an English poet who lives near Paris. He has translated, among others, Tunisian poet Tahar Bekri and Quebecois poet Gilles Cyr (The Graph of Roads, Guernica 2008), and edited Quarante et un poètes de la Grande-Bretagne (2003). In 1995 and 2003, he was an invited poet at the Festival International de Poésie at Trois-Rivières in Québec. Recent work in Upstairs in Duroc, Poetry Wales, and with Transignum and La Traductiere. Latest collections of note: Gifted (2014), Nel Santuario (English-Italian, 2013), Bacon, Bits & Buriton (2011) and Trois Rivières/Three Rivers (2010). Nel Santuario was awarded the Menzione speciale della Giuria in the XV Concorso Guido Gozzano in September 2014.
