Drama Series
Guernica’s drama series features multiple works by playrights such as Marco Micone and Theresa Carilli.

Essay Series
Guernica’s essay series contains books on a diverse range of topics, from Comparative Essays on Italian-Canadian Writing, to Orthodoxy in Pakistan, to Bob Dylan. Film, Politics and the Arts are common themes in this series.

Essential Poets Series
Guernica’s essential poets series contains over 100 volumes of poetry from Marco Fraticelli’s Instants to George Whipple’s Origins. Poets with multiple works in this series include Daniel Sloate, Mary Melfi, Pasquale Verdicchio and more.

Open Window Series
Open Window is a first-books series by Guernica.

Hors séries
Hors is one of Guernica’s French language series.

Picas Series
Published in partnership with Exile Editions, the Picas series contains books by authors like Nicole Brossard, Patrick Lane, Dorothy Livesay and Sean Virgo.

Prose Series
Guernica’s Prose series contains novels, most recently by authors such as Sylvie Chaput, Wade Bell, F.G. Paci, and other prose works such as Voices in the Desert: The Anthology of Arabic Canadian Women Writers edited by Elizabeth Dahab, and Blessed Harbours: An Anthology of Hungarian Canadian Authors, edited by John Miska.

Voix Off
Voix Off is one of Guernica's French lanugage series.

Writers Series
Started in the year 2000, this series is dedicated to individual writers. Every title is edited by a guest editor, and contains an introduction; five or six essays by different critics, scholars, and fellow writers; an in-depth interview; as well as complete biobibliographical notes. Presented in a handsome paperback format, these books sell for $10-$12 in Canada and $8-$10 in the U.S.A.). They are the ideal tools for students and for anyone interested in the work of contemporary Canadian writers. The series is directed by Antonio D’Alfonso and Joseph Pivato. Featured writers include Al Purdy, bill bissett, Aritha van Herk, P.K. Page and many more.
