Let me go!
by Anne Claire Poirier
Translated by Nora Alleyn

National Film Board – Cinema
150 John St Toronto ON M5V 3C3
November 2, 2006

Anne Claire Poirier, filmmaker extraordinaire, lost her daughter to heroin. She was murdered. In this haunting film, Poirier unearths her daughter's past in an effort to understand her, and the young people who risk their lives for drugs. Poirier's narration, published by Guernica Editions, will be launched after the screening.

The readings will begin at 6:30 pm.
The film will be presented at 7:15 pm.
